FIND OUT THE TUFFRIDER.COM SHIPPING POLICY 
After your order has been submitted, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to the email used when entering your order. We suggest you retain a copy of this email, in case of a return or exchange. You can also print a copy of your order after the checkout process.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email notification with the carrier’s tracking information. You can track the progress of your order online by accessing the Order Tracking feature and follow the steps provided.
Once your shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are based on the carrier’s estimated delivery schedule.
Import duty as applicable are payable by customer.
If the expected arrival date being displayed during the ordering process and in the order confirmation email, is a holiday, then your order will be delivered on the next business day.
Please expect 5 business days for your monogrammed product to be shipped.
